The prices listed below are for Facility use only and do not include any additional labor which vary from $17.50 to $30.00 per hour. |

The facility charge does not include charges for special equipment. The following is a partial list of specialty equipment that additional charges will be billed. Piano, Shell, Choral Risers, Wireless Microphones, Intelligent Light Fixtures and Follow Spots. All additional charges will appear on your estimate prior to approval |

The Minimum Staffing requirement for use of any of our theatres is 3 staff members for rehearsals and 4 staff members for performance. |
|
|
Hours worked in excess of 8 hours in one day or 40 hours in on week will be billed at 1.5 times the regular rate. This includes hours which may have not been worked directly on your event. |

|
We reserve the right to add additional staffing at your expense, at our discretion, to fit the demands of your event. All additional staff will be added to your estimate and final bill. |
|
|
All billing is in 30-minute increments. |
|
|
You will be billed for all hours you use the facilities as well as any additional costs incurred to set up your event prior to and following your usage. Including, but not limited to, Hanging and focusing of lights, hanging of scenery or drops, set up of audio system or installation of stage equipment, props and sets. |
